▶ポイント

・非転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺癌（nmCRPC）は，去勢治療後にPSAが上昇しているにもかかわらず，画像診断で確認可能な転移性病変を認めない病態と定義される．

・PSA倍加時間（PSADT）が10か月以下の症例については，アパルタミド，ダロルタミド，エンザルタミドが推奨される．

・PROSPER試験においてはリンパ節転移のない症例のみを対象としており，日本人データは含まれていない．安全性はこれまでのエンザルタミドにおける臨床試験と同様である．
