▶ポイント

・PSA倍加時間（PSADT）10か月以下の非転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺癌（nmCRPC）に対してアパルタミドは，無転移生存期間，全生存期間を延長する．

・アパルタミドの安全性は高く，QOLも維持される．

・日本人において皮疹の頻度が高く注意を要する．
