▶ポイント

・機能障害的排尿（DV）は，神経学的に正常な小児における排尿時の尿道括約筋弛緩障害を主とする病態である．

・尿失禁，尿路感染症症例などに潜在しており，便秘，膀胱尿管逆流（VUR）を合併することがある．

・筋電図併用の尿流量測定が診断に有用である．
