▶ポイント

・注意欠如多動症（ADHD）には昼間尿失禁や夜尿症が合併することがある．

・ダウン症には膀胱の収縮不全による排尿障害が合併することがある．

・原疾患に対する薬物治療が排尿障害に対しても有効である可能性がある．
