小児の間欠導尿管理における注意点と盲点

▶ポイント

・小児先天性疾患のなかには排尿障害を伴うものがあり，腎機能温存および症候性尿路感染症予防，尿禁制の獲得のため間欠導尿を必要とすることがある．

・患児の成長に応じて，排尿管理・指導，生活支援のあり方を柔軟に変更していく必要がある．

・思春期は排尿管理不良から腎機能障害を引き起こすハイリスクな時期であることを十分に認識し，準備・対応していく必要がある．
