▶ポイント

・外傷初期診療は，primary survey（PS），secondary survey（SS），tertiary survey（TS）の順に進む．

・PSでは，A（Air way）・B（Breathing）・C（Circulation）の生理学的安定化が目標であり，A・B・Cの安定化なしに先へ進んではならない．

・SSではすべての外傷の解剖学的評価を行う．

・TSで繰り返し隠された損傷を検索し，見落としを回避する．
