▶ポイント

・腎泌尿器損傷は腹部外傷の1つであり，解剖学的な局所の損傷形態と循環状態を鑑みながら治療方針を決定する．

・外傷で時に線溶亢進型の凝固障害が生じることがあり，頻繁に確認が必要である．

・止血手段として観血的止血術と画像下治療（IVR）とがあるが，1つの方法に固執しない．
