▶ポイント

・骨盤骨折は動静脈損傷を合併すると出血性ショックに陥り致死的となるため，迅速な治療が必要である．

・骨盤骨折に伴い膀胱損傷や尿道損傷を合併することがある．特に手術を要する骨盤骨折に合併する膀胱損傷は，骨折の管理の観点から積極的な修復が望ましい．
