▶ポイント

・交通外傷などで肉眼的血尿や骨盤骨折があれば積極的に膀胱外傷を疑い，膀胱造影検査を行う．

・膀胱外傷のうち，腹膜外破裂は尿道カテーテル留置による保存的治療が，腹膜内破裂の場合は原則外科的修復術が推奨される．

・保存的治療であっても4週間経過しても膀胱穿孔が閉鎖しない場合は，外科的修復術を検討する．
