▶ポイント

・外的尿道損傷の主な受傷起点は,騎乗型もしくは骨盤骨折に伴うものの2つである.

・尿道損傷が疑われた際は膀胱瘻により尿ドレナージを行う.

・続発する尿道狭窄に対しては待機的に尿道形成術を行うが,専門施設もしくはエキスパート支援下での手術が望ましい.
