▶ポイント

・精巣鈍的外傷では超音波検査が有効である．精巣破裂の特徴的な所見は，白膜の連続性が消失していることと精巣実質の内部エコーが不均一であることである．

・精巣破裂の場合には，早期の手術が推奨されている．デブリードメントと白膜修復術が推奨され，可能であれば精巣温存が望ましい．
