▶ポイント

・性行為中にポキッと音がしたなどの患者の訴えや，皮下血腫によりナスのような陰茎の状態の場合，陰茎折症を考える．

・保存的治療で改善のない虚血性持続勃起症に対してはTシャントを考慮する．

・陰茎外傷は比較的まれだが，早急な診断，処置を要するものが多い．
