医原性尿管損傷

▶ポイント

・医原性尿管損傷は婦人科手術で最も多い．

・術中に損傷が疑われた場合，逆行性尿管造影が診断に有用だが，体位などで検査が不可能な場合は排泄性色素の使用も有用である．術後に尿管損傷が疑われる場合には造影CTと逆行性腎盂尿管造影を行う．

・診断までの時間，損傷の場所と程度により修復方法は異なる．
