▶ポイント

・尿道カテーテル挿入時のトラブルでは，盲目的操作を繰り返さない．

・尿道カテーテルを挿入できない場合，膀胱鏡下での観察か膀胱瘻造設を選択する．

・医原性尿道外傷が発生した場合，将来的に尿道狭窄が起こりうることを患者に説明する．
