▶ポイント

・膀胱知覚はメカノセンサーや尿路上皮により,緊密に制御されている可能性がある.

・過活動膀胱(OAB)の必須症状である尿意切迫感のみを直接抑制する作用機序をもつ治療オプションは,いまだ存在していない.

・尿意切迫感の発生要因として,排尿筋と尿路上皮にそれぞれ由来する機序が考えられている.
