▶ポイント

・過活動膀胱（OAB）の病因は，神経因性，非神経因性の2つに大別される．

・神経因性は明らかな神経因性疾患に起因するものと考えられ，脳疾患，脊髄疾患，馬尾・末梢神経疾患に分類される．

・非神経因性は，明らかな神経疾患が同定されない発生メカニズムとして，酸化ストレスが上流に位置する病態として存在する．
