▶ポイント

・前立腺肥大症（BPH）に合併する過活動膀胱（OAB）治療の中心は薬物療法である．

・薬物療法の第一選択はα₁遮断薬およびPDE5阻害薬が推奨される．

・薬物の併用療法も症状に応じて有効な選択肢となる．
