▶ポイント

・骨盤臓器脱（POP）患者には過活動膀胱（OAB）を高率に合併するが，手術により約半数が消失する．また，術後新たなOABを12％で認める．

・手術適応のあるPOPに対してはOAB治療に先行して手術療法を行う．

・POP手術後の混合性尿失禁に対する治療方針はどちらの尿失禁が優位かによって異なってくる．
