▶ポイント

・仙骨神経刺激療法（SNM）は比較的低侵襲で可逆性のある治療法であり，長期成績も良好である．

・すべての難治性過活動膀胱（rOAB）患者に適応があり，特に重複失禁や低活動膀胱を併存する患者にはよい適応である．
