・回腸導管も新膀胱も，健康関連QOLでは差がないとしている報告が多い．

・患者の背景に配慮した尿路変向の選択が重要である．

・体腔内尿路変向術（ICUD）では，腸管の取り扱いに特に注意が必要である．
