膀胱癌の分子病型分類

▶ポイント

・分子病型分類はゲノム異常のデータからバイオインフォマティクスを用いて導かれるが，そこに臨床的意義，生物学的意義，分類の簡便さを伴って初めて臨床的実用性をもつ．

・膀胱癌では遺伝子発現による分類が複数報告されている一方，腎盂尿管癌では遺伝子変異による分類が非常に適している．

・今後，尿路上皮癌の臨床における分子病型分類の重要性が増してくると考えられる．
