腎細胞癌の遺伝子異常

▶ポイント

・腎癌のWHO分類には，形態学的な所見に基づく分類に加え，分子病態に基づく分類も取り入れられている．

・淡明細胞型腎細胞癌では，VHL遺伝子の異常と低酸素誘導因子（HIF）の蓄積が生じている．

・生じている遺伝子異常のパターンにより，がんの悪性度や予後が規定されると考えられている．
