▶ポイント

・WHO/ISUP核異型度評価の対象は，淡明細胞型腎細胞癌と乳頭状腎細胞癌のみである．

・乳頭状腎細胞癌の異型度評価として行われてきた2段階評価（Type1，Type2）は廃止された．

・分子生物学的所見による分類が新規に作成された．
