▶ポイント

・腎囊胞性腫瘤の評価に有用なBosniak分類が改訂され（Bosniak分類version 2019），各クラスの画像所見がより明確に規定された．またMRIの所見も組み込まれた．

・Bosniak分類version 2019では，読影者の経験によらず，読影者間の一致率の上昇や特異度の向上が報告されている．

・ACD-associated RCCの診断はダイナミックCTが中心となるが，腫瘍の造影効果がきわめて弱いことも多く，注意深い読影を要する．また拡散強調像を用いた非造影MRIが有用なことがある．

・ACD-associated RCCの診断に造影超音波検査が有用であるが，腎腫瘍に対する造影超音波検査は保険適用ではない．
