▶ポイント

・腎部分切除術は臨床病期T1の腎細胞癌に対する標準治療である.

・pT3aにupstageする腫瘍において,腎部分切除術が腎摘除術と比較して同等以上の再発率,生存率を示すエビデンスが増加しつつある.

・腎部分切除術後の再発率は切除断端陽性により増悪する.
