間質性膀胱炎の定義

▶ポイント

・間質性膀胱炎（IC）は，膀胱痛を主訴とする疾患で膀胱に特異的な炎症領域（ハンナ病変）を伴う疾患として定義されてきた．

・膀胱痛そのものが膀胱だけでなく骨盤全体や全身状態からも影響を受けることから，きわめてheterogeneousな病態で適切なphenotypingが必要とされる疾患である．

・膀胱中心性の間質性膀胱の定義・診断には，①膀胱痛の確認，②（膀胱）病変の評価，③（膀胱）病変が膀胱痛の原因であることの証明の3ステップが重要であると考えられる．
