▶ポイント

・間質性膀胱炎（ハンナ型）（HIC）と膀胱痛症候群（BPS）は遺伝子発現，病理所見がまったく異なる別個の疾患である．

・HICは炎症性疾患であり，免疫学的異常を伴う．

・間質性膀胱炎（IC）・BPSの診断・治療では，ハンナ病変の有無を確認することが必須である．
