▶ポイント

・間質性膀胱炎・膀胱痛症候群（IC/BPS）に対する根治的な治療法は現在のところ存在せず，個々の症例に最適な多面的アプローチを駆使して，患者のQOLを維持するように努める．

・本疾患の理解にUPOINT systemは有効である．

・IC/BPSに対する保存療法・薬物療法は，重要な治療戦略の1つではあるが，その効果は限定的であることも認識しておくべきである．
