膀胱内注入療法

▶ポイント

・ハンナ型間質性膀胱炎（HIC）と膀胱痛症候群（BPS）は類似した症状を呈するが，病因が異なる疾患であり，治療前に両者を鑑別し，病型に応じた治療戦略をたてることが重要である．

・単一治療で効果不十分なケースでは，個々の患者の症状に応じて複数の治療を組み合わせて行う．

・保険適用となっているHICに対する膀胱内注入療法は，ジメチルスルホキシド（DMSO）のみである．
