ハンナ型間質性膀胱炎手術（経尿道）

▶ポイント

・経尿道的切除（TUR）または経尿道的凝固術（TUC）では完全なハンナ病変の切除が重要と考えられ，術前の膀胱鏡において膀胱拡張前にハンナ病変の位置や広がりを確認することが大切である．

・TURもTUCも効果はほぼ同等であるが，TURで膀胱穿孔が多い傾向があり，TUCでは凝固が深くなり過ぎることに注意する．

・TURまたはTUCにより80％以上の症例で症状の改善を認めるが，30か月以内に30〜75％が再発する．再手術で症状の改善を認めることが多い．
