▶ポイント

・淡明細胞型腎細胞癌はVHL遺伝子異常を反映した組織形態を示し，繊細で豊富な血管網を背景に淡明や好酸性の腫瘍細胞が増殖する．

・CA9はVHL/HIF経路に関連する蛋白で，細胞膜にびまん性に陽性を示すと淡明細胞型腎細胞癌としての診断的価値が高い．

・血管網が消失する組織構築では免疫系の遺伝子発現が高く，予後不良と関連する．
