▶ポイント

・尿路上皮異形成は，上皮内癌の前癌病変であるが，低い診断者間一致率と臨床的対応も未確定なため診断項目から除外された．

・高異型度尿路上皮癌（HGUC）における種々の組織分化，肉腫様亜型，小細胞神経内分泌癌は多寡にかかわらず診断名として記載する．組織亜型は占拠率も含め必ず記載する．

・パリ分類はHGUCを対象にした4分類の国際的尿細胞診報告様式である．
