前立腺癌：WHO2022と取扱い規約での変更点

▶ポイント

・前立腺癌取扱い規約第5版では，WHO2016ですでに導入されていた導管内癌（IDC-P），グレードグループ（GG）分類が新しく採用された．

・IDC-Pは予後不良因子として非常に重要である．また，GGはGleason score（GS）を代替する分類法である．

・WHO2022では悪性度評価の問題点が提示された．
