精巣腫瘍：胚細胞腫瘍の基本知識

▶ポイント

・精巣胚細胞腫瘍は，腫瘍発生・細胞起源に基づき，GCNISとの関連性の有無によって分類される．

・卵黄囊腫瘍と奇形腫はGCNIS非関連胚細胞腫瘍の思春期前型，GCNIS由来胚細胞腫瘍の思春期後型に分けられる．

・奇形腫，思春期後型には癌や肉腫などの体細胞型悪性腫瘍が発生し，胚細胞腫瘍の標準化学療法に抵抗性を示す．
