▶ポイント

・WHO2022では組織分類が簡略化されHPV感染の有無の重要性が強調されている．

・p16免疫染色がハイリスクHPV感染のサロゲートマーカーとして有用だが，評価の際には“block-positive”のみを陽性としなければならない．
