▶ポイント

・現在の病理組織学的分類は，TCGA大規模マルチオミクス解析をベースとする分子分類と高い相関を示す．

・病理診断はAIや大規模マルチオミクス解析の情報を取り入れ精緻化し，臓器横断的治療に直結する遺伝子解析を加える形で進むと予想される．

・泌尿器科医は，検査，研究に供される試料の質の重要性を認識し，その担保に適切な役割を果たすべきである．
