▶ポイント

・米国臨床腫瘍学会（ASCO）ガイドラインのアップデートでは，デュロキセチンが唯一化学療法誘発性末梢神経障害（CIPN）の推奨治療である．

・2023年にがん薬物療法に伴う末梢神経障害ガイドラインが発刊された．

・CIPNに対して予防と治療に区別して対応策を検討する必要がある．
