▶ポイント

・問診・身体診察の際は，血尿の経過，随伴症状や併存疾患，尿路上皮癌のリスクファクターの有無などに注目する．

・血尿と併せて蛋白尿や細胞円柱がみられる場合や，血清クレアチニン値に異常がみられる場合は，腎臓内科的疾患を疑う．

・尿路上皮癌のリスクファクターを有する症例は，膀胱鏡検査やCT urographyなどの追加検査が必要となる可能性があり，泌尿器科専門医への紹介を考慮する．
