▶ポイント

・骨盤MRIによる診断の向上により，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術（TURBT）を介さず膀胱全摘除術に移行する流れが模索されている．

・近年，尿管鏡下生検が膀胱内再発のリスクを上昇させるとの報告が散見され，EAUガイドラインでは強い推奨で“診断に尿管鏡検査（できれば生検を伴わない）を行う”に改変された．
