▶ポイント

・腹腔鏡手術は良性副腎腫瘍における第一選択の標準術式として確立されている．

・単孔式腹腔鏡手術は従来の腹腔鏡手術に劣らないと思われるが，症例数が少ないこと，前向き研究が少ないことよりエビデンスレベルは低い．

・副腎内分泌疾患における腹腔鏡下副腎部分切除術は，全摘除術と比較し優劣は明確でないが，周術期の優位性，症状持続や再発の可能性について十分なインフォームド・コンセントが必要である．
