▶ポイント

・cT2およびcT3に対する腹腔鏡下根治的腎摘除術（LRN）は豊富な経験をもつ施設，術者で行うことが推奨されている．

・ロボット支援腹腔鏡下根治的腎摘除術（RRN）はLRNと比較して弱く推奨された．

・今後はcT2やcT3に対するRRNの報告が増えてくることが予想される．
