▶ポイント

・2012年に腹腔鏡下膀胱全摘除術（LRC），2018年にロボット支援膀胱全摘除術（RARC）が本邦においても保険収載され，膀胱全摘除術の標準術式となりつつある．

・Hybrid尿路変向法は体腔外尿路変向法（ECUD），体腔内尿路変向法（ICUD）の利点を生かしつつ，再建した尿路の後腹膜化手技の点でも有効な可能性がある．

・局所進行膀胱癌に対するLRC, RARCの有用性を検討した報告は限られており，施設や術者の経験，個々の症例に応じて，慎重に適用や方針を検討すべきである．
