・腹腔鏡下/ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術における合併症には尿失禁と勃起機能障害がある.
・腹腔鏡下/ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術における尿失禁防止術は,骨盤内構造の温存,再建,補強の3つの術式に分類される.
・腹腔鏡下/ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術における勃起機能および尿禁制温存に対して,神経温存手術の有用性が示されているが,適応は考慮する必要がある.
