膀胱尿管逆流手術―腹腔鏡下膀胱内手術に関して

▶ポイント

・腹腔鏡下膀胱内手術は，膀胱内アプローチによる尿管膀胱新吻合術（UCN）で，膀胱尿管逆流（VUR）と巨大尿管が適応疾患である．

・術後逆流消失率は開放UCNと同等で，特徴的な合併症としてポート関連トラブル5％，open conversion 3.9％であった．術後在院は3.41日であった．

・膀胱尿管逆流に対して腹腔鏡下膀胱内手術を弱く推奨する．
