▶ポイント
・父親年齢の高齢化は進行し,造精機能の低下のみならず,精子DNA断片化率の上昇などの精液所見の悪化を認める.
・男性の年齢の上昇により,生殖補助医療技術(ART)および非ARTの治療成績が低下する.
・薬物および手術療法により,造精機能および精子機能の改善が認められるが,生活習慣病の改善も精巣機能の維持に重要である.
