▶ポイント

・スイカに含まれるL-シトルリンは一酸化窒素（NO）産生を増加し，勃起機能へ有用である．

・スイカの種には精巣毒性を軽減させる可能性がある．

・キノコにはテストステロンを増加させる食品機能因子が含まれる可能性がある．

・ヤマイモに含まれるジオスゲニンはテストステロンへと変換される可能性がある．
