▶ポイント

・ゲノム不安定性は老化を引き起こす原因の1つである．

・Y染色体モザイクロスはゲノム不安定性の定量的な指標である．

・Y染色体モザイクロスの頻度は加齢により増加する．

・Y染色体モザイクロスはがんやアルツハイマー病のリスクと関連している．

・Y染色体モザイクロスは喫煙により増加し，禁煙により回復する．

・ゲノム不安定性・Y染色体モザイクロスを用いた老化予防・老化治療が期待されている．
