▶ポイント

・レシピエントに全身麻酔が安全にかけられ手術できるか，やや過剰になる術後輸液に心臓が耐えうるか，通常の免疫抑制法で拒絶を防げるか，をまずは短期的に評価する．

・相対条件として，活動性の感染症や悪性腫瘍の有無，年齢，顕著な合併症の有無，原疾患，免疫学的リスク，糖尿病，血管の石灰化，尿路，精神的不安定性の評価を行う．

・生体腎移植の場合，ドナーの心身の健康，とりわけ腎機能が腎提供後に生涯担保できるかが，生体ドナーの適応を決める重要なポイントである．
