季節性インフルエンザ―新型コロナウイルス同時流行を鑑みて

▶ポイント

・季節性インフルエンザ（以下，インフルエンザ）は新型コロナウイルス感染症の前後で流行状況に変化がみられ，2022/23は5シーズンぶりにAH3主体の警報レベルの流行がみられた．

・インフルエンザと新型コロナウイルスあるいはRSウイルスはいずれも急性呼吸器感染症で症状が類似しているが治療法が異なるため，鑑別可能な検査（抗原検査，PCR検査）が保険適用となっている．

・抗インフルエンザ薬には，ノイラミニダーゼ阻害薬，キャップ依存性エンドヌクレアーゼ阻害薬があり，作用機序・投与回数・投与経路別に抗インフルエンザ薬の使い分けが可能となっている．
