感染性心内膜炎

▶ポイント

・感染性心内膜炎の主な原因菌はStaphylococcus属やStreptococcus属などのグラム陽性球菌である．

・感染性心内膜炎の診断・治療には，抗菌薬投与開始前に血液培養を提出することが重要である．

・尿培養で黄色ブドウ球菌が分離された際は，菌血症の合併を考慮して血液培養を提出する．
